Bring it to your hub, or call and we arrange recovery. Repairs, servicing and parts are on us. If the bike has to stay back, you leave on a replacement the same day and your subscription carries over.

Yes — that is what the fleet is built for. A large share of our bikes are configured for delivery duty, and we work directly with logistics operators including Delhivery.
Yes. The bike stays insured for your whole subscription and RIDEV manages the claim. Insurance repairs run through the same workflow as everything else.
